We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. It will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Return Authorization number must be requested via email to returns@g-fitness.com within 2 days of your receipt of the shipment and Returns must be received within 7 days of RA# date approval. Returns received after 7 days of RA# approval, a $10 restocking fee applies. No Exceptions.

G-Fitness.com is only able to accept returns on products that are returned in Original Condition. We cannot accept any items that have been laundered, worn, soiled altered, signs of wear including deodorant, make-up, sweat, or with garment tags unattached.

If a Free Shipping discount was applied on your purchase and item is returned for a refund/exchange, full shipping charges will be billed. Shipping fees are not refundable. G-Fitness is not responsible for return shipping charges.
